The field of behavior analysis is continually growing. Some candidates will enter supervision in the traditional manner of working in a clinic or center based setting, others will pour themselves into research. Some individuals may not be in a position where the traditional supervision is an option.

Eligible for supervision per BACB Experience Standards (including being enrolled in an approved ABA program).
Have access to a client who could benefit from ABA services (could obtain consent from a parent, guardian, additional personnel if needed).
Access to a device with video conferencing capabilities (wifi, audio, visual, recording capabilities).
Ability to complete a minimum of 20 experience hours per month.

Everything can take place electronically. This means if you are in a more remote location, we can still provide supervision services to you utilizing telehealth procedures.

OUR STYLE
Every learner is unique. That goes not only for the children and families we work with, but also the candidates we supervise. You will receive an experience tailored to you.
Spend lots of time hands on with the littles, not so much writing plans? Complete opposite? We've got you. We focus on using your strengths to support your weaknesses, preparing you for the breadth of the exam.
Wait, but is this for me?
We offer a virtual meet and greet session free of charge. This means you can ask all those questions circling your head face to face (well, screen to screen). We can learn about backgrounds, experience and future plans to see if a supervisor/supervisee relationship would be a good fit.
WEEKLY MEETINGS
We meet weekly to review task list items, terminology, and concepts; discuss articles, unique cases, and your recorded sessions.
VIDEO OBSERVATIONS
You will submit video recordings of you implementing ABA practices with learners. Videos must be reviewed 1 per month (at least).

75 US dollars
The BACB requires supervision hours equal 5% of your experience hours. If you put in 20 hours of experience in a week, you would need 1 hour of supervision for that fieldwork time.
